Throughout all 46 South Carolina counties, we deliver high-quality infusion treatment in the homes of patients with acute and chronic illnesses. We provide educational resources, training, essential medications, supplies, and equipment. Our active approach means you can oversee your patient’s care with confidence.

How it Works

• Providers can either fax referral information or call with patient details, after which an Intramed Plus team member retrieves the referral information from Epic.
• Our dedicated team of Reimbursement Specialists verify each patient’s insurance coverage to confirm eligibility and benefits. They work diligently to communicate with insurance providers, submitting all required documentation and advocating on behalf of our patients to maximize their coverage and minimize out-of-pocket expenses.
• Patients and/or caregivers receive comprehensive in-person training, ensuring they’re comfortable before independently administering therapy.
• Our clinical pharmacists maintain regular communication with the patient’s physician, providing updates on the patient’s progress and offering recommendations for any necessary adjustments. Known for their dedication, our clinical pharmacists prioritize close collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.
